What we collect

• What you send us yourself through WhatsApp, e-mail or Instagram: your name, contact details and the message.
• Technical data recorded by the hosting provider: IP address, device and browser type, time of visit.
• Advertising data: if you accept cookies, Google Ads records that you arrived from an ad and clicked a WhatsApp button.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer.
• To keep the site secure and working.
• To measure how many enquiries our ads bring. We do this only with your consent.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. Your choice from the cookie bar is stored in your browser. Google Ads sets cookies only after you click Accept; if you decline, Google receives only aggregated, cookieless signals.

Who else has access

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Ad measurement is done by Google. When you write to us through WhatsApp or Instagram, the messages are processed by Meta under its own terms. These services may process data outside Montenegro.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence while a conversation or cooperation lasts and for as long as the law requires for business records. Google keeps advertising data according to its own retention periods.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use and withdraw consent. Write to pontonproduction@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro.
