Terms of cooperation

These are the basic rules of working with us: how payment works, what happens if a shoot is moved or cancelled, and what the price includes. The details of each project are confirmed in the offer or contract. Updated 18 October 2026.

Who provides the services

Payment

• One-off projects: a 50% deposit when the date is booked, the rest after the finished material is delivered.
• Monthly packages: paid one month in advance.
• Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Minimum package term

Start and Brand packages run for at least 3 months, the Signature package for at least 6 months.

Rescheduling a shoot

• Free if you let us know at least 48 hours before the shoot.
• Later rescheduling is charged at 50% of the shooting-day price.
• If we move an outdoor shoot because of the weather, it is free.

Cancellation and refunds

• If you cancel more than 7 days before the shoot, we refund the deposit in full.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before the shoot, the deposit is not refunded.
• If we cancel the shoot, we refund the full deposit or offer a new date, whichever you prefer.
• After the minimum term you can end a package at any time: the month already paid is not refunded, and nothing is charged from the next month. Ending a package before the minimum term is agreed case by case.

Returns

Filming and editing services that have been delivered cannot be returned or exchanged. If a finished video has an error or does not match what was agreed, we fix it free of charge within the revision rounds. Refunds are possible only under the cancellation rules above.

Revisions

Each video includes 2 rounds of revisions. Further revisions are agreed separately.

Delivery times

Packages follow the agreed content plan. Event videos are delivered within 24–32 hours, or within 12 hours with rush editing.

Copyright

Copyright in the footage is shared with the client. If you would rather we did not show the work in our portfolio, tell us before the shoot.

Consumers

If you are a private individual, these terms do not limit your rights under Montenegro's Consumer Protection Act.
